Product Description

The bedding recovery system is an efficient system independently developed to separate undigested fiber material from cow manure and use it as organic bedding material. This system can produce fresh organic bedding material in the farm every day, with a production capacity of 50 cubic meters per day. The aerobic fermentation process is carried out at 60-75ºC for 36 hours, requiring no external heat source.

Working Principle & System Components

CORE Components: Submersible cutting pumps, specialized separators, screw conveyors, insulation drum, and dehumidifying fans.

STEP 1 Separation: Manure is pumped into a spiral extrusion separator to extract undigested crude fiber residues.

STEP 2 Fermentation: Material enters the insulation drum for high-strength aerobic drying. Rotation provides oxygen, reaching 60-75°C to eliminate pathogens and mastitis bacteria.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a professional dairy farm equipment supplier integrating R&D, production, and sales with extensive experience in the field.

Q2: Does the fermentation process require an external heat source?

A: No, the system uses an aerobic fermentation process that generates temperatures of 60-75ºC naturally, saving energy costs.

Q3: How long does the fermentation process take?

A: The process typically takes 24-36 hours inside the insulation drum to ensure the reduction of pathogens.

Q4: Can this system help improve milk production?

A: Yes, by providing clean, organic bedding material, it improves cow health and comfort, which is a key factor in increasing milk yield.

Q5: What other equipment do you provide for dairy farms?

A: We offer full farm solutions including cow fans, headlocks, brushes, manure scrapers, and solid-liquid separators.

Q6: Is the quality of the bedding material tested?

A: Yes, independent laboratory tests have shown that the processed material has a significantly reduced bacterial load, safe for use as bedding.
