A1. Induction heating ring components: Made of electric control cabinet and induction pull ring. It consists of -6ºC - 150ºC double glass-coated wire winding and epoxy board shell.

A2. Induction heating ring types:

• Portable type: Usually for smaller double rows or four rows bearing inner sleeve (≤∮180), flexible operating.
• Car type: For larger bearing inner sleeve (≥∮190, width≥200).

📱 Electric Control Cabinet

Time control method will show on LCD digital, allowing for direct observation of heating time. Time control range is 0-99.9 minutes. Customized designs are available for rolling mill bearing models and traction motors.
