What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For regular TPE yoga mats (regular color and size), the MOQ is 250 pieces. For unique designs including custom colors, sizes, logos, or patterns, the MOQ is 500 pieces.
How can I obtain a sample?
Free samples are offered for regular colors and sizes. For individual OEM project requests, extra costs may apply. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs via carriers like Fedex, UPS, DHL, or TNT.
What is the lead time for production?
Regular TPE yoga mats typically take 1-7 days. For special OEM requests or larger quantities, the lead time is usually between 15-20 days.
What file formats are needed for custom designs?
For logos and printings, please provide the original design in AI or PDF format. We will provide a mock-up for your final approval before sampling.
What testing reports and certifications are available?
Our mats are made with eco-friendly materials and are free from PVC, phthalates, silicone, and toxins. Available reports include RoHS, FDA, EN71-73, REACH, and BSCI.
What are the available payment terms?
For FOB orders, we typically accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% against the copy of B/L. For EXW orders, 100% payment via T/T or Paypal is required before shipping.
