As a manufacturing and trading combined outdoor clothing entity, we have operated our own woven factory since 2005. We specialize in OEM & ODM services for ski wear, down jackets, rain wear, softshell jackets, and hiking pants. Our professional team covers merchandising, production, QC, design, and sourcing to provide a one-stop service.
Our facilities house 15 lines with over 300 workers, yielding an annual capacity of 8 million pieces. We maintain certifications including BSCI, COSTCO, WRAP, and O-Tex 100. We utilize advanced technology like seam-taping, laser-cutting, and automated filling machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
Main Facility: 10,000 pcs/month capacity, BSCI certified, focusing on high-end technical items.
Secondary Facility: 200,000 pcs/month capacity, 13 production lines, specialized in Ski and Softshell Jackets.
